The former Strathbungo Parish Church on the South Side of Glasgow was all but ready for demolition when it was rescued and transformed into the most wonderful residential development by Southside Housing Association.

Southside were fully aware that this would be a flagship project in their portfolio and requested that Lightfolio create a lighting scheme which was suitable for both the retained facade and crown steeple as well as the thoroughly modern housing development behind.

The resulting scheme sees the use of vibrant colour to celebrate the new lease of life that the building received but in a restrained manner befitting of the architectural language of the building.
